FAQ

What are the steps after we fill out the form?

After receiving your enquiry, I'll check my diary to see if your date is available. If it is, I'll pop you an email with the good news. From there, if you would like one; we can arrange a call to chat about the details. If you decide to lock in the date with me, I'll then send over the invoice and contract. To secure your date, a deposit will be due, along with the signed contract. Once that's squared away, we'll coordinate a convenient time for your pre-wedding shoot, if one is included in your package!

Are the travel fees included in your packages?

The only time an additional fee is needed is if your wedding venue is over an hour and a half away from me. In these cases, I kindly request overnight accommodation.

We don't have a set date yet, can we still message you?

Feel free to drop me an email even if you haven't settled on a date. Please use my email address rather than the contact form. It's essential for me to emphasize that I never officially confirm a wedding without the venue booking being in place. Occasionally, I may pencil in a date and inform you if there are other inquiries for that particular day. However, please note that I cannot reserve a date without the venue confirmation and the deposit being processed.

Will you require a meal?

A warm meal is always appreciated! While a sandwich can be a quick fix, having a proper, nourishing meal ensures I bring my A game, so that I can capture your day at my best. I've been fortunate enough to work with couples who share this sentiment, always ensuring I'm well-fed. It makes a significant difference, and I'm always grateful for it!
