What are the steps after we fill out the form?
After receiving your enquiry, I'll check my diary to see if your date is available. If it is, I'll pop you an email with the good news. From there, we can arrange a Zoom meeting or a phone call to delve deeper into the details. If you decide to lock in the date with me, get ready for a little happy dance on my end! I'll then send over the invoice and contract. To secure your date, a deposit will be due, along with the signed contract. Once that's squared away, we'll coordinate a convenient time for your pre-wedding shoot. Let the excitement begin!
Are the travel fees included in your packages?
No need to worry about extra charges for travel—I've got you covered. The only time an additional fee may come into play is if your wedding venue is over an hour and a half away from me. In such cases, I kindly request overnight accommodation to ensure I'm at my best for capturing your special day. Your convenience and a well-rested photographer are top priorities!
We don't have a set date yet, can we still message you?
Feel free to drop me an email even if you haven't settled on a date. Please use my email address rather than the contact form. It's essential for me to emphasize that I never officially confirm a wedding without the venue booking being in place. Occasionally, I may pencil in a date and inform you if there are other inquiries for that particular day. However, please note that I cannot reserve a date without the venue confirmation and the deposit being processed. Your understanding is much appreciated!
Will you require a meal?
